Each item is handmade by me, Kristin in my home kitchen in south west Wyoming. Because all of these items are handmade, they may have minor imperfections at times such as: slightly off-centered label or wick, tiny markings on the outside of the jar, textured wax on top (typical with natural waxes), etc. Personally, I think these minor imperfections add to the charm of product much like seeing the brush strokes in a painting. None of these imperfections impact the quality of the candle. Please realize that scents are subjective and I appreciate you taking the chance on my aromas without sniffing them first. Some Canvas & Cottage candles are novelty items and can be non-traditional scents. They are my personal creative interpretation of the story behind the candle and it is possible for you to disagree with the scent.
